No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to require a party to disclose the name and address of each person the disclosing party may use at trial to present evidence for requests within certain time frames either in writing through a hard copy form or by electronic means.

Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
