The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code to remove language requiring a showing that the property of a debtor cannot be attached or levied on by ordinary legal process as necessary for judgment creditors to reach the assets of a debtor.
Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
