No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to conduct a study and submit a report on the benefits of prenatal surgical procedures to treat birth defects. HHSC indicates the provisions of the bill could be implemented within existing resources.
