HB708 by Farrar (Relating to the medical accuracy of informational materials given to a woman seeking an abortion.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 171 of the Health and Safety Code related to the information to be provided to a woman seeking an abortion and certain other informational materials required to be prepared by the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). DSHS indicates that implementation of the provisions of the bill can absorbed within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
