HB770 by King, Susan (Relating to civil liability for the provision of an alcoholic beverage to a minor.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to civil liability for the provision of
an alcoholic beverage to a minor. The bill would delete the language "under the age of 18", thereby extending section 2.02 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code to include all minors under the age of 21.
 
The bill would take effect immediately, or, if the bill does not receive the necessary vote, September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact

The Office of Court Administration indicates that no significant fiscal implication to local courts is expected. No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
