HB826 by Giddings (Relating to the provision of information relating to the modification of a child support order in certain suits affecting the parent-child relationship.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends section 105.006 of the Family Code to require that child support orders contain certain prominently displayed language regarding modification of such orders.

The Department of Family and Protective Services anticipates no fiscal impact as a result of implementing this bill.

The Office of Court administration anticipates no fiscal impact to the state court system resulting from this bill.

The bill would take effect on September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal impact to local courts is anticipated.
