No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 192 of the Health and Safety Code to modify certain requirements related to the issuance of a certificate of birth resulting in a stillbirth. The Department of State Health Services indicates that implementation of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.
