No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Human Resources Code to require that both the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) and the Health and Human Services Commission publish information on their websites relating to the success of the DARS vocational rehabilitation program. Both agencies indicate that implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished within existing resources.
