No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code to require certain county bail bonds to meet at the call of the presiding officer. The bill would permit an applicant's license to remain in effect until the next meeting of the bail bond board if the applicant's application was tabled for renewal by the board or if the board did not take action to approve or deny the application.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
