HB909 by Phillips (Relating to the tasting of alcoholic beverages by students enrolled in certain courses.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to authorize a minor of at least 18 years of age to taste an alcoholic beverage as part of the curriculum for certain culinary courses if certain criteria are met.
 
The bill would take effect on September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
