No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code relating to the classification of exotic animals.  The bill would remove elk from the definition of exotic animal and add elk to exemptions from the classification. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
