No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to repeal statute relating to certain notification requirements of graffiti removal from an owner's property.

The bill would repeal Chapter 250.006(b), Local Government Code.

Local Government Impact

The Texas Municipal League reported no significant fiscal impact to cities is anticipated.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, Harris County reported no significant fiscal impact.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, Cooke County reported no fiscal impact is anticipated.
