No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to classify powdered alcohol as an illicit beverage and would prohibit the serving of powdered alcohol and certain other alcoholic beverages.
 
The bill would take effect on September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
