HB1038 by Sheffield (Relating to premium payment assistance for insurance coverage for hemophilia medical treatment.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to authorize the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to include insurance premium payment assistance as a benefit to individuals served by the Hemophilia Assistance Program. DSHS indicates that implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.
