No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to requirements for containers of liquor with a capacity of less than six fluid ounces offered for sale in a package store. The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in each house, otherwise the bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
