IN RE:	HB1096 by Murphy (Relating to the residence address of a person for purposes of registration under the Election Code.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code to provide criteria for which to determine the residence of an individual for the purpose of voter registration.
 
The Secretary of State indicates the provisions of the bill could be implemented within existing resources.
 
The bill would take effect on September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
