No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require county sheriffs to report certain data relating to the care of pregnant prisoners to the Commission on Jail Standards. Under the provisions of the bill, the Commission on Jail Standards would compile and summarize the data and provide a summary report to certain legislative entities.
