No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Transportation Code as it relates to all-terrain vehicles, including specifying conditions for use by emergency services personnel. Based on the analysis of the Department of Public Safety, implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
