No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to authorize certain local entities to transfer certain funds to law enforcement agencies or attorneys representing the state in order to compensate property owners whose property is damaged as a result of a pursuit involving a federal law enforcement agency.

The Office of Court Administration reported no significant impact is anticipated.
