No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would remove several audit requirements for the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) which are currently necessary for political subdivisions to receive certain financial assistance from the TWDB.

No significant fiscal impact to TWDB is expected as a result of the bill's passage.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
