No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of the practice of physical therapy. Based on the analysis of the Executive Council of Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist Examiners, any costs associated with implementing the provisions of this bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
