No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Election Code to permit a voter to submit a ballot to be voted by mail by delivering the ballot in person to an early voting clerk's office during certain times. The bill would require a voter to present an acceptable form of identification upon delivering the ballot.
