No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code to require certain political subdivisions to include certain  information on propositions submitted to voters for approval. The bill sets forth required contents of certain ballot propositions.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
