No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Election Code to require certain reports of political contributions or expenditures for certain candidates, officeholders and members to be made available on the Internet website of a political subdivision, if applicable. The bill would require certain reports made available on the Internet website to be posted on that website for 10 years.
The bill would repeal Section 254.04011(e), Election Code, is repealed.
