No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to require the Permanent Judicial Commission for Children, Youth, and Families to develop a comprehensive, educational publication to provide judicial guidance in determining a court's jurisdiction and presiding over a case involving a child that may be eligible for special immigrant juvenile status and provides requirements for the publication's contents. Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources
