No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require each school that maintains an Internet website to post information regarding local programs and services, including charitable programs and services, available to assist homeless students.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. School districts may incur some costs associated with compiling and posting information related to assisting homeless students.
