HB1575 by Guillen (Relating to requirements for reporting unclaimed mineral proceeds to the comptroller of public accounts.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Property Code to expand the requirements of what must be included in certain reports related to unclaimed mineral proceeds. Both the Railroad Commission and the General Land Office indicate bill provisions are not anticipated to have a significant fiscal implication to the state.
