No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to provide a definition for "undeveloped land" and modifies the definition for "weeds". The bill creates an exception of certain undeveloped land relating to the abatement of public nuisances.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
