The bill would amend the Property Code relating to notice of water level fluctuations to purchasers of real property adjoining an impoundment of water.
Based on information provided by the Water Development Board and the Real Estate Commission, it is assumed that all duties and responsibilities necessary to implement the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing staff and resources.
