HB1678 by Raymond (Relating to the continuation and functions of the Governor's Committee on People with Disabilities.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would continue the Governor's Committee on People with Disabilities for 12 years until 2027, as recommended by the Sunset Advisory Commission. The bill would remove requirements for the Committee to collect, evaluate and report on certain data relating to persons with disabilities. The bill would require the Committee to identify, maintain and analyze information provided in the State's various long-range plans for people with disabilities. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
