No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require a state agency to prepare an economic impact statement and regulatory flexibility analysis if the agency is made aware that a proposed rule could have an adverse economic impact on small businesses.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
