No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to permit the Texas Emergency Services Retirement System  to accept contributions by alternative methods such as wire transfer or automated clearinghouse withdrawal.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
