No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 531 of the Government Code and would abolish the interagency task force on electronic benefits transfers.  The Health and Human Services Commission indicates there will be no significant fiscal impact related to implementation of the bill.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
