No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Agriculture Code relating to training requirements for renewal of a private pesticide applicator license. The bill would allow a private applicator to satisfy all or part of the applicator's training requirements with training in water conservation. The Texas Department of Agriculture indicates the agency can implement bill provisions within existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
