No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapters 31, 45, and 102 of the Family Code regarding waivers of citation following certain family law suits. Certain subsections of the amendments do not apply to parties who are incarcerated. 

This analysis assumes that there will be no significant fiscal impact to the state court system resulting from the bill.

The bill would take effect on September 1, 2015.

This analysis assumes that there will be no significant fiscal impact to local courts.
