No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to modify the deadline for a county or municipality to provide notice of a certain proposed tax rate to not later than the later of September 1 or the 30th day after the date the certified appraisal roll is received by the taxing unit.
