HB2022 by Smith (Relating to the maximum capacity of a container of wine sold to a retail dealer; amending a provision subject to a criminal penalty.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code by increasing the maximum capacity of wine a person can sell to a retailer from eight gallons to 15.5 gallons per container. The agency indicates that no fiscal implication is anticipated.
