No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code to specify that the cancellation of an application for a ballot to be voted by mail under certain sections is valid for a single ballot only and does not cancel the application for subsequent elections to which the same application applies.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
