HB2034 by Capriglione (Relating to an exemption from the requirement that a legislative caucus file reports of contributions and expenditures if no reportable activity occurs.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code to exempt a legislative caucus from filing a report of contributions and expenditures, if none occurred during the reporting period. The Ethics Commission anticipates that any associated with the bill could be absorbed within current agency resources.
 
The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
