No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Property Code to permit certain paper documents, attached to a deed or an affidavit and received by the county clerk, to be recorded and to serve as the notice of the notice of the matter document. The bill sets forth criteria to establish an appointment or authorization of a trustee or substitute trustee in a notice of sale.
