IN RE:
HB2240 by Turner, Chris (Relating to the public's ability to access the results of a hospital inspection, survey, or investigation conducted by the Department of State Health Services.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 241 of the Health and Safety Code to require the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to make the findings of an inspection, survey, or investigation of a hospital available to the public on its website. DSHS indicates that it could implement the provisions of the bill within existing resources.
