No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to prohibit state agencies and toll project entities from entering contracts or agreements with credit service organizations and credit access businesses. Based on a sample of state agencies, no fiscal impact to the State is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
