No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to authorize a commissioners court to regulate certain activities in the unincorporated area of the county if they occur on a public highway or road, in the right-of-way of a public highway or road, or in a parking lot.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
