The bill would amend the Election Code to require the Secretary of State to adopt rules regarding the notation of who voted early on precinct lists of registered voters, and their delivery to certain election officials.
The Secretary of State indicates that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within the agency's resources.
The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
