IN RE:
HB2369 by Rodriguez, Justin (Relating to the county courts at law in Bexar County.), As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Government Code to permit any of Bexar County courts to hear criminal cases and would modify preference cases for certain Bexar County courts. The bill would clarify the salary of certain judges and would exempt them from certain provisions in Chapter 25.
Local Government Impact
Because the bill would not have statewide impact on units of local government of the same type or class, no comment from this office is required by the rules of the House/Senate as to its probable fiscal implication on units of local government.
