HB2380 by Paddie (Relating to regulating the sale of batteries to metal recycling entities.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code to add batteries to the list of regulated recycled materials.  It is assumed any costs associated with implementing the bill could be absorbed within existing resources. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
