No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the licensing and regulation of auctioneers and associate auctioneers; amending provisions subject to a criminal penalty; requiring an occupational license. Based on the analysis of the Department of Licensing and Regulation and the Department of Motor Vehicles, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
