No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to modify whom can sign expenditures of emergency services districts when a treasurer or president is absent. The bill would modify the methods that an emergency services districts can dispose of property owned by the district.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
