No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to prohibit a municipality from defining and prohibiting as a nuisance the sale of fireworks or similar material outside the limits of a municipality from a structure where fireworks have been regularly sold during authorized periods.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
