No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code to add telecommunicators to those who would be eligible to use funds from the General Revenue-Dedicated Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education Account No. 116 for continuing education costs. It is assumed any costs associated with implementing the bill could be absorbed within current resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
